Founder and CEO

Kevin is responsible for overall Controle vision, strategy and execution. Kevin has spent his career in various sales and consulting roles in the Information Governance software and solution space. Kevin’s passion for Information Governance is rooted in two areas: his love of everything computer technology related and, on the Legal side, assisting in paper based Discovery needs at his father’s law firm since he was in his early teens. Kevin’s main focus is making sure the Controle team is best suited to help and delight our clients.

Kevin is a dedicated family man and his personal interests include music, sports, investing, and anything comedy related.

David Hedrich

Executive Vice President, Sales

David Hedrich is the Executive Vice President of Sales at Controle. David is responsible for revenue growth and sales strategy and execution. David has been in the Information Governance space his entire career and has held a number of Sales Management and Executive positions throughout that time. David has an unparalleled understanding of the different solutions available in the Information Governance marketplace and is seen as a trusted advisor by many of our clients.

Fun Fact

When they are not spending their free time at one of their kids’ sporting events, Dave and his wife enjoy traveling and exploring new places.

Elizabeth Fogerty, J.D.

Vice President, Business Development

Elizabeth Fogerty is responsible for managing Controle’s strategic partnerships. Elizabeth nurtures and grows our current strategic partnerships as well as helps evaluate new technologies to determine if they will provide unique solutions to our customers’ challenges.

Elizabeth is also responsible for meeting with our clients’ Legal teams to determine the right solution for their particular challenges. Elizabeth is a licensed attorney and spent many years in court litigating cases and managing large scale eDiscovery teams. She utilizes that knowledge when she meets with clients; having been in their shoes, she understands their legal obligations and their real-world challenges and works to recommend the right mix of technology and services to meet their specific needs.

Elizabeth recently moved to Nashville and can be found enjoying the outdoors or listening to live music downtown every free moment she gets.
